Say the readings. Send the report.

TankScope records each tank as you speak, sends the customer their report before you leave, and raises the month’s invoices on the 1st. Your customer list stays on your phone.

No sign-up. Works offline. Nothing about your customers is sent to us.

The visit screen, after one spoken sentence. Only the reading outside this tank’s own range is marked.

At the tank

Say it once. The form fills in.

“Alkalinity eight point one, calcium four forty, magnesium thirteen fifty.” The phone turns what you say into readings and keeps the recording with the visit, so you can listen back — all on the phone, with no signal needed, and your voice is never uploaded. Wet hands stay out of it.

Every tank its own

Judged against that tank, not a textbook.

Each tank carries its own targets, because 450 calcium is right on one system and wrong on the next. In-range readings stay quiet. The one that is off is the one that is marked — and a test that has not been run for weeks says so before it is missed again.

For the customer

A report before you are back in the van.

Readings against their tank’s targets, the work done, what was dosed, photos, and what you are watching — sent from your own phone by email or text. A weekly summary covers every tank they own.

Getting paid

Monthly invoices, in dollars, on the 1st.

Prices set by tank size, with any tank at its own rate — or free. Customers pay the way they already do: check, Zelle, Venmo. A payment method’s fee is shown before they choose it, and paid by whoever chooses it.

Your customers stay yours

A service business is its customer list. We never hold yours.

On your phone. Customers, tanks, visits and payments are stored on the phone. There is no account to create and no server they sit on.

Sent by you. Reports, invoices and receipts go from your own email and messages, to your customer. They arrive from you.

Locked before it leaves. Cloud backups are encrypted on the phone with your passphrase. We keep a file we cannot read.

Free, or $15 for peace of mind.

The app is free. Cloud adds the one thing a phone cannot do for itself: a copy somewhere else.

Questions

Can you see my customers?
No. On the free plan your records never leave your phone. On Cloud, each backup is locked on your phone with your passphrase before it is sent; we store the locked file and cannot open it.
What if I lose my phone?
On Cloud, sign in on the new phone and enter your passphrase — your records come back. On Free, keep the backup file somewhere safe; it restores the same way.
Does it work in a basement with no signal?
Yes. Everything — recording a visit, voice readings (after a one-time download), the report — works offline. Sending waits until you have bars.
Android or iPhone?
Both, from the browser. On Android there is also an app to download and install directly. On iPhone, add it to the Home Screen — and use Cloud or backup files, because iOS can clear a website’s storage after a week unused.
